This social media Policy sets out how AAK & Co uses social media and related platforms.

The social media accounts are managed by AAK & Co IT Team. If you follow our accounts, you will see posts covering news, latest industry development cases, and announcements relating to AAK & Co and links to other things we’re involved with or interested in.

Replies and direct messages
Although we welcome feedback from followers and will read all replies, we will not always be able to reply individually to all the messages we receive via social media channels, because of resource constraints.
Sending messages to our social media accounts will not be considered as contacting AAK & Co for any official purpose. If you need to contact us for official correspondence, please only contact us through contact us page in relevant section of this website

Following
If you follow AAK & Co social media accounts, we will not automatically follow you back. This avoids us having to spend time dealing with spam accounts and helps keep discussions open by limiting the use of Direct Messages.

We will follow organisations of relevance to us and may follow individuals where appropriate. We will cease to follow accounts we believe are malicious or spam.
The fact that we follow a social media account or commented on the posts / accounts on any platform does not imply endorsement of any kind by AAK & Co.

Availability
The IT Team will generally update and monitor our social media accounts during office hours only and some of them may occasionally become unavailable. AAK & Co cannot accept responsibility for lack of service due to downtime on any platform.
